Delivery and Dispatch

We currently offer shipping to UK Mainland addresses only.

​

We endeavor to dispatch orders same day if received before 1PM (GMT) Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays).   

 

Orders placed after 1pm (GMT) or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day (excl. Bank Holidays).

If there are any delays in dispatching orders, a notification will be displayed on the website.

Returns Policy

Cancellations

You are entitled to cancel or modify any order prior to dispatch and obtain a full refund. However, if you wish to cancel or return your order after it has been dispatched, please refer to the information provided below.

Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, remain unopened in its original packaging, and be in the same condition as when it was received.

Returning unwanted products

  • Products may be returned for any reason within 30 days of the original purchase. 

  • The customer is responsible for any return postage costs for unwanted items. 

  • Sealed products and accessories must be returned in their original, undamaged and unopened packaging. 

  • A full refund will be issued only for products returned in these conditions.

 
Returning damaged or faulty goods.

  • Goods that are faulty or damaged in transit before being received by the customer may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase. 

  • If your items are damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with details and images of the fault or damage upon receipt of your items.

  • Products returned due to faults or damage incurred in transit will typically be replaced or exchanged with identical items.
